Given his artistic pursuits, he was drawn to the concept of plastic surgery since it seemed to be a “combination of art, medicine, and science.”
Dedicated to helping those who desire to transform their lives but cannot afford to do so, Dr. Ross Blagg continues to work for the greater good despite experiencing multiple burnouts. He is a philanthropist who enjoys adventure and uses many of his interests to live his life for the benefit of the community. He continued even after COVID-19 barred him from participating in overseas surgical missions. When questioned about how he deals with medical burnout and what motivates him, he shared, “I like being able to help people and to be a part of their shift in life for the better. I strive to always spend time with my patients to make them feel important and to let them know that I do this profession because I enjoy it.”
